We are now looking to complement our staff with an assistant teacher/resource teacher.

Kinnarps School and After-School Center is located just outside Falköping and is part of the Southern Principal's District.

What can we offer you?

You will primarily work with a couple of students, where you will follow, support, help, and facilitate their day in the classroom and in a small group setting.

At Kinnarps School (Grades F-6), we have a strong sense of community and collaboration, which we are very proud of. We have two work teams working together to create a safe and stimulating work environment for both our students and educators. The school has a well-functioning student health team where you will receive support in your work.

Who are we looking for?

You are trained as a childcare worker or have equivalent education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer. You have knowledge and experience working with students with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF/ND).

We are looking for someone who is calm, reliable, and clear in your leadership. You feel confident handling frequent contact with guardians, school staff, and other authorities. You enjoy seeing others develop and like working closely with a student to enable their schooling based on their needs and prerequisites. As a person, you enjoy collaborating with others and want to develop together with students and colleagues.

The position will be filled subject to necessary decisions being made.

The position may potentially be filled internally if an excess of competence is identified within the organization, in which case this recruitment will be terminated.

If you are offered employment, you must present a current extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register for work in schools or preschools in Sweden (RPS 442.5 2008-06-18/1).
